A mentor shares what worked for them. An advisor tells you what to do. I do neither. Coaching starts from your experience and your context, and my job is to ask the questions that help you see it clearly and decide for yourself. The answers hold up better that way, because they're yours.

Confidentiality is the foundation of our collaboration and the safe space we’ll create together. What happens in our sessions stays there. Further, I would not disclose you were a client unless you explicitly consented otherwise.

That's a completely reasonable place to start. A lot of clients come in with a general sense that something needs to change and no clear question yet. Finding the question is part of the work.

It's 45 minutes that tend to give back more time than they take. Sessions aren't homework-heavy, and we pace the work around your real life. Part of coaching is figuring out what can come off the plate.

A single session works for one specific moment. The Career Intensive is for one goal you want to move forward this month. 9 in 90 is for the whole picture. If you're unsure, we'll figure it out together on the discovery call.

The Impact Lab is a small group program focused on finding the language for your impact, with the benefit of a cohort. 1:1 coaching goes wherever you need it to go: career direction, leadership, boundaries, visibility, all of it. Some things are easier to work through privately.
