NOT WHERE YOU HOPED YOU'D BE?
It's like everyone else cracked a code you're still troubleshooting
You started your career full of enthusiasm. You've worked hard and done excellent work. (Yes, you can say it.) You've led complex projects, honed your skills, and mentored others.
But when you try to talk about it, you undersell, get lost in the details, or list tasks instead of impact. Meanwhile, colleagues with fewer contributions get the recognition and land the roles you want. It's infuriating when your credentials are stronger.
So you start to wonder: Do I need to become someone I'm not to succeed?
Self-advocacy doesn't need to make you cringe
You don't need to “sell yourself” or “build your personal brand” in ways that make you cringe to get the promotion or create the impact you've always wanted. You can share the impact you've had while being truthful and accurate.
No inflation needed.
INSIDE THE IMPACT LAB
What we'll do together
In a small, collaborative, compassionate space, capped at six participants, you'll build a strategy that shows your distinctive value for the opportunities you want.
Explore your goals, with real life in mind
Your career, your season of life, and what you actually want next, not what you think you should want.
Look at your experience through a different lens
Projects you've filed under “just doing my job” start to look like what they are: evidence.
Discover the impact you've had
Turn a long list of tasks into a clear, accurate account of what changed because of your work.
Practice talking about your work
Out loud, with women who get it, so you're ready when the opportunity shows up.
HOW THE 12 WEEKS WORK
Coaching, support, and a cohort that gets it
Early on, we narrow everything down to one high-impact focus, so the rest of the program goes somewhere specific.
WEEKS 1 TO 3
Reflect
We look at the whole landscape: your goals, your values, your experience, and your life outside of work. You leave this phase with one high-impact focus for the rest of the program.
WEEKSÂ 4 TOÂ 9
Build
We build around that focus. You find language for your contributions, shape a strategy for the opportunity you want, and practice until it sounds like you.
WEEKSÂ 10 TO 12
Implement
Three weeks without a live session, so you have time to use what you're learning at work, without falling behind or burning out.Â

WHY A GROUP
There's something about being in a space where everyone gets it
I spent years working one-on-one with women in STEM and watching the same patterns come up again and again. The work was meaningful and the results were real. But one-on-one coaching reaches one person at a time.
In a group, you watch someone else undersell work that is obviously impressive, and suddenly your own blind spots get a lot easier to see. Limited seats keeps it personal. Everyone gets coached, and no one gets lost.

YOUR COACH
I spent 17 years in research labs before becoming a coach
I know firsthand what it's like to do excellent work and struggle to talk about it. Today I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach and former neuroscientist, and I help women in STEM build leadership presence, communicate their impact, and advance their careers without burning out.
My approach is practical and no-nonsense. I'm also a mom, building a meaningful career while raising my kid with intention, so I design every session for people with a full life outside of work.
